Terms and Conditions

1. By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a voucher, you accept and agree to be bound by these Voucher Terms of Use and acknowledge you have read and understood these Voucher Terms of Use, Jenny Internet’s General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy available here.
2. By entering into a competition it is deemed that you have read and understood these rules.
3. Vouchers are issued at Jenny Internet’s discretion. The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Vouchers submitted after the stipulated expiry date will not be considered.
4. No cash alternative is available to any prize unless expressly stated otherwise. Vouchers can be transferred to another person of your choosing. The same terms and conditions apply. 
5. Only Eswatini residents are eligible for prizes, delivery of gifts or prizes will only be within Eswatini, and installation (if included) of prizes will only be installed within our service area.
6. The discount value is for equipment installation only. The voucher holder is required to pay for the first month’s services before the Wireless Internet installation is done. 
7. This Voucher can only be used once.  Only a Jenny Internet sales representative can validate your discount voucher code telephonically. 
8. To claim the discount you need to Sign up for Jenny Internet Wireless Home or Business and have submitted a complete electronic signup form.
9. Entry is open to anyone except employees (and their immediate families) of Jenny Internet, the sponsoring company/companies and/or agents involved in the competition.
10. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other reward, voucher or discount.
11. All vouchers are valid for a maximum period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.
12. Only one voucher can be used per customer for Jenny Internet Home or Business Wireless Internet service.
13. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
14. Voucher redemption does not guarantee Wireless Internet coverage at your location or address.
15. Prizes not claimed within 30 Days will be forfeited.
16. We may re-allot prizes if we are unable to contact selected winners. Please ensure that you provide the correct contact details.
17. We accept no responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete registration details that you may supply as part of your registration. No responsibility will be accepted for undelivered, lost or delayed entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Errors in entries may, at the judge’s discretion, void entries.
18. New and existing subscribers may enter into any subscriber competitions.
19. Any deviation from the rules and/or attempt to manipulate the outcome of the prize will result in disqualification.
20. Jenny Internet reserve the right to cancel any competition without notice at any time.
21. Winners may be required to be photographed for publicity or participate in a radio or television broadcast. No fees will be payable in this regard.
22. All entrants’ information will be used only in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
23. If Jenny Internet is required by any legislation, the Minister of Trade and Industry, or the National Lotteries to alter any aspect of the potjiekos competition or to terminate the lucky draw as a result of changes in legislation, Jenny Internet will have the right to terminate this lucky draw with immediate effect and without notice of such termination. In such event, all participants hereby waive any rights which they may have against Jenny Internet and acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against Jenny Internet, its agents, contractors and/or sponsors.
24. Entrants acknowledge that in consideration of the prize offered to winners by us the winning entries may be released, performed or displayed to the public by us or any company connected with the promotion. This will be in the form of the winner’s name and place of origin. Entrants agree that we are the owner of all rights, titles and interests in all entries, including the entire copyright, whether now existing or howsoever, arising in the future, including all worldwide rights to promote, reproduce for commercial use or otherwise, edit, advertise and publicise, produce, record and reproduce by any art medium or method whether now known or later developed (‘Exploitation Rights’) to be exercised in our sole discretion throughout the world for the full term of copyright and other rights in the entries and all extensions thereof including for the avoidance of doubt the right to register any design rights and/or trademarks. Entrants undertake to do all things necessary, including the execution of any required documentation to transfer the Exploitation Rights to us, as and when requested by us.
25. Further, the entrant irrevocably and unconditionally waives all moral rights to which they may now or at any time in the future be entitled pursuant to any copyright law and under any similar law in force from time to time anywhere in the world in respect of all works referred to herein.
26. Jenny Internet, our other affiliates, our competition partner/s and their respective shareholders shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury or costs, howsoever arising, suffered as a result of your participation in a competition.
27. Jenny Internet reserves the right to i) cancel any voucher promotion at any time ii) cancel or reverse an individual’s voucher redemption iii) amend these Voucher Terms of Use at any time.
28. Changes to the Voucher Terms of Use will be available on the Jenny Internet website. In this regard, you undertake to visit the www.jenny.co.sz website regularly to check whether the Voucher Terms of Use have changed.
